Well in that case, you have to contact the UiPath and raise the ticket.
I’ve found some responds from similar topic (google it, maybe you find something)

Cant upload the assignment(client security hash) but in acme it is showing passed

In case any one is still facing this problem, I was able to do my submission by adding comment into the comment box, even though this is supposed to be optional. Try that.
