Hello,
I have the same issue with Google chrome.
The issue usually gets resolved when I:

  • clear browsing data (Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data)
    or
  • Use another web browser (e.g Mozilla Firefox)

Thank you for your answer. I have been having the same problem with the Microsoft Edge browser, since switching to Firefox the site opens correctly.

Thanks a lot @Lionel_Nkaya for this solution. I use the first one : Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data. Problem resolved.
