UiPath, ABBYY and Issue of scaling in invoice processing

What are some of the best practices when it comes to invoice processing in the automation space using UiPath and ABBYY Flexicapture.

If the customer has 500 vendors it is inhuman to create and maintain so many templates.
Like to know how to handle such scaling issues.

There are few ways around this…

Go through all the invoices and try to come up with a common template for all of them if it is possible. So that less number of templates can be incorporated to support all the invoices that are provided by multiple clients.

If that is not possible, then the next best option is to go with the templateless data extraction through Abbyy flexicapture… This will require some level of AI as well…
