UIautomation with Adobe Acrobat v 24.002.20759

I have a process that uses a Ui Automation to fill in PDFs. When this process was created, i was using UiPath.uiautomation.activities version 23.10.7 and that worked with Adobe version 23.008.20533 with no issues.

Adobe has a new version 24.002.20759 which my IT/security team requires i update to but my process no longer works. It will open the PDF that i need to fill but does not fill it in. I tried to update my UiPath uiautomations to the newest version which is 24.10.2 but that doesn’t seem to help.

Does anyone know a fix for this?

Hi

There maybe change in the selectors of application after version upgrade. Debug the flow and identify where getting error and find the selectors remains same in the latest application.

I am not getting any errors. It just hangs and nothing happens after opening the PDF.
