Hello Community and UiPath Team,

a tiny question about the Image Target of the Modern Design Experience: Is it necessary to have a CV server for an exclusive image recognition of UI elements?

I tried it on this way and it works, so I assume it is not necessary. Still, I’d like to know definitively.

If a CV server is not necessary, can I assume that local image recognition is available?

Hi @StefanSchnell

for the Image Recognition in the Modern Experience you do not need to have a CV server.
The CV server is used in the CV Scope and here you can also choose the use of a Local Server. In this case you also need to install this package:
