UIAutomation Activities: After upgrading to UIAutomation v25.10.19 or higher, the Use Application/Browser activity in Studio X did not display the Indicate target on screen button as expected

I checked the versions: v25.10.23 and v25.10.24.
I still see the following bug in the latest versions: After upgrading to UIAutomation v25.10.19 or higher, the Use Application/Browser activity in Studio X did not display the “Indicate target on screen” button as expected.
Which version contains the bug fix?

Looks like you are not on latest studio version..latest ui packages need latest version of studio as well

Try downgrading the UIAutomation package version to lower or upgrade the Studio version.

The bug where the Use Application/Browser activity in StudioX did not show the “Indicate target on screen” button was fixed in the UIAutomation v25.10.21 release. UiPath Documentation

  • The issue was present in UIAutomation v25.10.19 and above
  • It is now fixed starting in v25.10.21 of the UiPath.UIAutomation.Activities package. UiPath Documentation

So, if you upgrade to 25.10.21 or later, the Indicate target on screen button should work again in StudioX.
