UI path second level certificate

I have completed first level training and I have received the certificate.However when I tried to go forward with Second level it is saying please complete first level to perform orchestrator. And I see that last quiz is still in locked state. I have also completed SAP and received certificate but still last quiz is showing as locked. Can any explain me how to unlock it.

Please search in Academy “RPA Developer - Foundation Learning Plan”. Or you can access the Learning plans directly from the homepage:

Hi ,

I can directly access the foundation training from​ dash board. The status
is showing as completed.However the last quiz is still locked.
