UI Path RPA Effort Estimation

Hi,

We have mutiple test cases which we want to automate using UI Path. For this I need to do effort estimation for each of those test cases to plan and budget for the development and testing.

Given the number of test cases, it is humanly impossible to analyse each step in test case and then do estimations.

Wanted to check if we have a high level effort estimation matrix, like complex RPA should take ‘X’ hours, simples should take ‘Y’ hours and guidelines on how to identify a test case as simple, medium or complex.

Effort estimation is a bit subjective and depends on how mature is your RPA practice, said that, please take a look at this post for some guidance.
