UI Path not installing on my device

I was trying to install UI Path in my PC . But it has .Net 4.6 framework.
When trying to install .Net 4.8 there is an error saying “This operating system doesn’t support”
I even tried using that regedit method which is in youtube .

But issue is same .Can anyone please help . My UI Path learning is at stake with this issue.
