UI path miss some steps

I am executing the recording eg I have 1000 records
some time recording miss payment type and some
time this will insert this will happened for 10 records
one or two time.How can I stopped this.I also used delay but not work as m
mentioned in attachment

Instead of delay, use element exists activity or on element appear activities for the robust workflow.
