UIフレームワークがF4キーで選択できません

サイトのloginボタンをクリックするクリックアクティビティのUIフレームワークをAAに変更しようとして、添付画像の黒丸をクリックしましたが、F4キーを押下しても、AA->Default->UIAと遷移しませんでした。なぜか、UIエクスプローラからUIフレームワークを変更すると、正常にAAを選択できました。
前者の操作ではどうして、F4キーが押せなかったのでしょうか？理由が分かる方教えてください。

Before indicating or clicking the target element you can change the framework but after selecting the element you cannot switch as per the new feature
