UI explore is not working properly

One person from a different country was able to identify the elements in the bot machine(RPD) and when I tried by taking the same machine(RDP) I was not highlighting correctly.
when i want to identify some element then i need to search some place above the required element but i will get correct selectors.
I have the same scale and resolution as a person from a different country.

Here to identify the ok button I need to search somewhere in the top of the element.
Please help me out with these issues guys.

99% of the cases this is due to improper resolution/zoom settings. Please again make sure that your zoom is at 100%, you are using exactly same resolution as your collegue (You can’t use full hd if your own monitor cannot reach this resolution), make sure that smart sizing is off.

As workaround, for now, can you try to change UiFramework (AA or UIA) press F4 as the following.
