Type Into field values disappearing before the send Hot Key "Enter" occurs

I’m opening a web application and populating 3 filter fields with data from an excel spreadsheet in the following order.

1. Type into Mfg. Name
2. Type into Model Num
3. Type into Model Version
4. Send Hot Key “Enter”

For the 1st record in my excel spreadsheet, the Model Num value disappears before the send Hot Key “Enter” occurs.
For the 2nd record in my excel spreadsheet, all 3 filter fields stay populated when the send Hot Key “Enter” occurs. No issues.
For the 3rd and following records, the Model Version value disappears before the send Hot Key “Enter” occurs.

1st record example…Model Num value disappears before send Hot Key “Enter” occurs.
