Type Into Faulted on Newly Deployed Robot

We have deployed a process that enters text on an application’s text area. It worked on other bots but it did not work on newly deployed one.

Type Into ‘TEXTAREA txtLandmark’ Executing
Type Into ‘TEXTAREA txtLandmark’ Faulted

Does any one here experienced this kind of issue?
