Type Into creates two activities

“Type Into” creates two activities, for example

  • user enters “Admin”, it only stores “A” and creates “Type Into” activity
  • user hits tab key it becomes “Send Hot Key” activity with “tab” and incorrect selector

UiPath recording,
“Type Into” creates a “Type Into” activity with “Admin[k(tab)]”

The XAML export is just a skeleton for now, so there are a lot of things that we are going to improve going forward.

With two activities generated has its uses too. “Type Into” without “[k(tab)]” works if simulate type checkbox property is tick.
