Hi Team
i am trying to automate my Service now Portal to close the tickets automatically. however i get this error when i type into the web text input Pleas help

Hi @Kamal_Bernard_De_Senevira

I believe you are working with JIRA or any sort of website which uses IFRAME. IFRAME is an application in itself so automation is very challenging through conventional paradigms.

In order to circumvent this scenario you can try CV(computer vision) activities.

And if yeah if anyone have better solution, please tag me along.

i manage to fix it by using the Anchor Base Activity and then i put find Element and a type into activity… then it worked.

Here is what i have done
