Txt file data to Excel

Im having trouble to extract txt data to excel, it came out blank in excel and input the txt data in my existing excel.

the below txt file is like this

and become excel like the below pic (only need b and c in excel)

You said text but the extension is .xlsm?

oh yes, was trying to change the file name. supposed to be txt file thanks
