Two bot separately for 2 unit but one Action center

Hi
We are going to implement Invoice verification MIRO for our two units whose processes are having minor differences

  1. Do we require separate Bot for these units.
  2. Can we have single Action center for these two units, restricting users to action on items pertaining to his unit only. He should not be able to take action on items generated for the other unit

Welcome to the community

  1. You dont need two licenses you can one license and two process as well but they will run one after another
  2. You can create action catalogs which separates the actions based on the catalog and labels
