Twilio error when trying to send voice message using TwiML

I’m having this error as shown in the picture while trying to send voice message using TwiML, I don’t know where I am wrong.
Can someone please take a look and tell me the correct syntax for passing the arguments inside the TwiML. Thanks.

I’ve solved my problem. It was a syntax error, I just needed to change the double quotations to single quotations on telephone. (“telephone” to ‘telephone’)
