Turkish Character Problem Encoding Issue.

Issue Description: When Processing the CSV data to Process Mining Connector, an invalid character is visible per below screenshot,

Root Cause: Process Mining software only supports files encoded in UTF-8 or LATIN1.

Resolution:
Process Mining supports only files encoded in UTF-8 or LATIN1.
