how did you configure it…please show the same

is the storage bucket details proper?

also there is some observed bug on 23.4…if you are on that try to change

i have configured all the details perfectly
but the version i am using is 2022.10.14

open networks tab on chrome and look for error there

Its better always to recheck…could not connect might come because of permission issues as well the storage bucket permissions are also to be given
