I am trying to run a try catch it is catching the errors on the first 2 files it runs but on the 3rd one it trys there is NO error but it is still looking for one until it times out. I want to be able to say if no error is found just move on and keep going is there away this can be done?
Maybe the exception you’re getting is not the same and try catch is not getting it because of it. Try changing the SelectorNotFoundException to System.Exception since it catches almost every exception.
I Hope the bot tried to find that element
as @rmunro suggested try with exception like System.Exception
and to reduce the time taken by the activity to wait until the element is found mention the TIMEOUT property with less than 30000 milliseconds like around 10000 milliseconds so that the bot will wait only until 10 seconds to find the element
Perfect thanks guys.
Just some advie on how I change the default time out ?
Click the activity, then the + in target then you will see it.
Ah ok thanks was getting confused cause it was saying enter vb expression.
Just we need to enter the number in milliseconds format
The default value is 30000
You can reduce to the value you want
