Troubleshooting Loss of Runtime License and Orchestrator Connection Post VM Restart

During my tests, I successfully launched an Unattended robot on a virtual machine (VM). The robot was able to establish a connection with the VM and execute the scheduled tasks. However, after restarting the VM, I observed the loss of its previously available Runtime license, resulting in the disconnection from Orchestrator. What could be the source of this issue?

Verify when your VM start, if all the process of UiPath are running in task manager tab ‘Details’ like this:

  1. Is the connection established usinng machine key or client id?
  2. Are all the required services are starting when you start the vm?
