How to resolve this error in Action Center - "An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later (Failed to fetch)" ?
Issue description:
Sometimes, after a successful installation of the Action Center instance, the following error may be encountered while attempting to access the Action Center application within a browser.
Troubleshooting/Resolution Steps:
To resolve the above error, try out the following steps:
- Make sure the value of the AcceptedRootUrls key does not include space characters. (More info. here.)
- Open the web.config file from Orchestrator. Find a section that contains <cors>. If this section exists, then add the Action Center URL in this section. (More info. here.)
- If you make any configuration changes, be sure to restart IIS.
- If the issue persists, collect the following and share the same with UiPath Support for further investigation:
- A HAR trace upon reproducing the issue in the browser (How to generate a HAR file?)
- Application event logs from the Action Center and Orchestrator machines (How to collect application logs from the Event Viewer)
