Trouble using Http Request Activity in Studio CE

I am trying to use an Http Request activity, all the examples I can find show a wizard but the version I am running of Studio does not appear to have this option. I am using a Community Edition, don’t know which version, there is no obvious way to find out.

Can anyone suggest some documentation on how to use Http Request in CE please, is there some documentation?
