Triggers disappearing

Hello,
my team and I have found an issue regarding triggers disappearing. Yesterday I fixed an automation as usual, and the next day the trigger had disappeared. I have not isolated this issue (unsure if it happened when updating processses to a new version in UiPath, when publishing or due to some other uknown uknown ) but other people from my team has reported this happening to them as well.

Has anyone else found this issue? Or is there something I can do about that?

Are you saying that the triggers that you have manually created are entirely gone after a publish? As in removed completely, or are you saying they are getting disabled?

Let’s start with the basics. Are you DEFINITELY in the right tenant and folder of the process where your triggers were created? And were they created before or after publishing the project to Orchestrator?

If they have been removed - I would suggest logging a Technical Support ticket with UiPath and let them assist you correctly.

Raise this with reproduction steps to UiPath customer portal. They will be able to rectify this.

Also be sure to check the orchestrator audit logs. It will show if somebody fell asleep on the delete button. Best to rule out human error first before raising tickets.

If they are connected triggers then if you delete the process or so update package reuirements they might be deleted

If thats not case please give steps yo reproduce or rwady out to customer portal
