Trigger Robot as Windows Service (without Orchestrator)

Hi there,

The company I work for usually deploy bots onto Virtual Machine but this requires sharing of username/passwords which is a security risk.

To eliminate this risk, they have suggested to setup our UiPath Robots to run as windows service. We do not have Orchestrator licence.

How can I do this? I currently have a virtual machine with UiPath Robot installed and a “test bot” package on there, I want to test it as a windows service so that the bot can be triggered automatically at a certain time of day (rather than someone having to login and click start)
