Trigger orchestrator job from SQS queue ticket

Client has asked if we can trigger a dispatcher bot job once a ticket has been added to the sqs queue that the dispatcher gets the data from. Is this possible? Thanks!

You could trigger a Lambda from SQS which in turn calls the Orchestrator API that you could use to trigger a job or add an item to a queue.

If using a queue in Orchestrator you can trigger a job to process the queue on a schedule or based on x number of items being added to the queue.
