How can I set a trigger in the Orchestrator so that the process runs on 25.03,01.04, 25.06, 01.07, 25.09, 01.10, 25.12 and 01.01.

You should set two different triggger by choosing advanced option in Orchestrator like below:

0 0 0 25 3/3 ? *
0 0 0 1 1/3 ? *

Also you can set the times that you want in cron expressions
