Trigger for the arrived excel file witch overwrites the old one

I want to develop trigger wich start every time when the new file excel is arrived
knowing that at each arrival email,the new file overwrites the old one

i used the get the time file creation from properties of the file excel?

what must the condition to start the trigger if the date is modified (new file arrived)

Triggerbut i used the triger from UiPath orchestrator is that available? with your solution
I did not undestand where i add (start job)

@nora_ziani You need to add the start job activity in the Actions section of trigger scope as shown in above screenshot.
