Trigger atteneded automation from Assistant when MS Teams message received

Hi,

I am trying to set up an attended automation which triggers when a MS teams message is received. I’ve published the process, set up the connection in Integration Services, the trigger is set up. But when it triggers, it is failing with the following error message “robots without credentials cannot run processes that require an interactive session” and the trigger fails. This is just running it from Assistant as an attended bot.

Has anyone got this working in the past? If so, how did you do it? Or is that trigger only for unattended bots?

Thanks,
Aidan

Hi @Aidan6 , I don’t believe you can trigger an attended automation from Orchestrator.

Hi Sudster,

This is doing it via an attended trigger on Assistant and not through orchestrator (That would be cool but also hazardous to be able to do it from orchestrator).

What I have is 2 processes in assistant

and they match what is currently in Orchestrator as expected

On Integration Services, I can see the trigger is triggering, but it is failing

I may have misunderstood your reply, but what I am trying to do is get the attended bot on assistant to trigger using my attended bot license so it starts an automation on my laptop I can do stuff with.

Hopefully that clarifies it!

Hi @Aidan6,

Please refer below thread, problem statement seems similar:
