Trigger a process the next day

Hello, I would like to have a process run every Monday afternoon. Can anyone point me in the right direction to learn how to trigger a process on Tuesday if Monday is a non-working day (example: Labor Day)

You can define your custom calendar by defining Non-Working Days here:
