Transpose (inverse) Column header to Top Row header

Hi everyone. My problem in the following:
i have an excel file Excel1 and i want to tranpose (inverse) the header in the left column with the top row (Excel2). Basically inverse the column with the row. What is the easiest way to do this ? Much appreciated for your help!!!
