Transaction status working partially

Hi guys,
I am automating a process that writes the status of each transaction on excel file.
For successfully processed transactions,the status is being written on the excel file very well with no trouble. However,the status of unsuccessful transactions is not being written. Instead, an error is thrown on my output panel on studio and the process stops.What could be causing this? Please help

@J_Crosby

hi
can you check the sheet name which you have passed

it is saying that it should not contain any of the characters like ?\

check the sheetName and excelpath you have given in wrong way

cheers

@Shiva_Nikhil the most ironical thing is that,the same same sheet,with successfully processed transaction,the status is being printed,but when it gets to transactions that are not successful,that’s when I am having trouble. Hope you get me.

@J_Crosby

you have given the values in the wrong order can you change and execute it once

in_config(“SheetName”).tostring and
in_Config(“PathExcel”).tostring

cheers

@Shiva_Nikhil apparently you are so right. Thank you so much for noting that.
I have corrected on the set transaction status (business and system exception).
But still getting the error below

Ideally first field has to be filepath and second field has to be sheetname
You have mentioned by mistake
Swap them
Replace the property values alone like below
Your issue will be fixed

Error

Hope this helps

Cool

is any variable used inside the business exception message
If yes assign some Default value to it
Check with local panel is there any value for that variable

If not in variable panel initialise with default as String.Empty or any value u like

@J_Crosby

check the value of the str_DOJ whether it is getting really a empty value or not

if so then it is correct
as you are running in the debug mode it will mention you like a error

Try to run it once not Debug and check

cheers

@Shiva_Nikhil I did exactly that and it worked. Hurray! I am very grateful :raised_hands:
