I want to configure an unattended robot on the cloud。Do I need to install Automation Suite？
Do I have to use the following server configurations even if I am only using one unattended?

No, you don’t need.

Do I have to use the following server configurations even if I am only using one unattended?

I think it might be better to consider to use AzureVirtualDesktop

Or

AutomationCloudRobotVM which is provided by UiPath.

Welcome to forums

No you need not to install Automation Suite

But you need to configure the Unattended Robot inside the VM which you choose, either Azure or Amazon or Google. That’s you choice

Also, you need to check whether Ports are opened to connect to UiPath cloud Orchestrator or not

So, those you can seek help from any of the cloud provider you choose

If you have limited consumption then you can opt for Serverless Robots by UiPath, As this is billed at Consumption based only

To configure an unattended robot on the cloud in UiPath, you do not need to install Automation Suite. However, you will need to have access to Orchestrator, which is UiPath’s centralized platform for managing your robots, processes, and assets. Orchestrator can be accessed through a web browser and is available on the cloud as well as on-premises.

To configure an unattended robot on the cloud, you can follow these general steps:

  1. Sign up for an Orchestrator account and select the cloud option if available.
  2. Provision a new machine in Orchestrator and obtain the machine key.
  3. Install the UiPath Robot on the machine that you want to use as the unattended robot.
  4. Configure the UiPath Robot to connect to Orchestrator using the machine key and the Orchestrator URL.
  5. Publish the process that you want the unattended robot to run to Orchestrator.
  6. Create a new robot in Orchestrator and assign the robot to the machine that you provisioned earlier.
