ToString.IsNullOrEmpty is missing in 2018.2

I am using a particular function in 2018 1.3 that doesn’t seem to exist in 2018.2.3. Can some assist with the package that contains this function.

@bbimuyi I think function ToString.IsNullOrEmpty is not exists i think u should u use like below.

 String.IsNullOrEmpty(urVariable)
