Welcome to the UiPath Community :tada:

If your POI.Activities package is developed on Legacy compatibility and you are trying to use it in windows Compatibility, this will not work due to compatibility issue.

Solution:
You will have to get POI.Activities library/package upgraded to Windows compatibility and then use.
