添付の通り、現在スクリーンショットがない状態です。ここからたとえばUiPathのロゴのjpegがあるとして、それに差し替えることはできるのでしょうか
実装的には、個人情報を黒塗りにした画面に差し替えたいと思っており。困っております。お力添えの程、よろしくお願いいたします

Stduioの画面上では差し替えられないと思うので
xamlファイルで参照先の画像ファイルを特定し、その画像ファイルを同名で差し替えるか
xamlファイルを差し替えたいファイルに書き換えるかになるのではと思います。
（png形式にして、前者の方法の方が安全かと思います。従来のものはどこかに必要に応じてどこかに退避させておけば復元も可能です）
You can either edit xaml…of if you have any specific image in mind…then you can click on take informative screen option by clicking on the hamburger icon on the click and then take the screenshot of the screen or image you want
