Need for Activity Replacement During Common Library Updates

Thank you for your continued support. I would like to consult with you.

I changed the project for the common library “Email Sending” (changing the timeout value from the default 30 seconds to 60 seconds) and published it to Orchestrator’s library.

In the past, when updating the common library, I managed the dependencies of the common library in each project and updated them, replacing the activities to ensure they were up to date.

However, this time, since the activities are used in over a hundred places, it is very cumbersome and unrealistic to replace the activities in each project.

Could you please instruct me on the correct release procedure for the common library?

Hello

Depending on the updates to the library, I think that if there are no changes in the input and output of the activities within that library, replacing the activities may not be necessary.

It would probably be:

Open the project → Update the library version in package management → Publish

(I would test as needed before publishing.)
