添付の画像はまったく同じバージョン(Studio 2024.10.16)で
1枚目：Orchestrator
2枚目：Standalone
というそれぞれの開発環境のキャプチャです。
私は、Orchestratorの環境で開発作業を行っているのですが、
同僚はStandaloneで開発をしています。
RPAで、あんなことしたい・こんなことしたいという話の中で
使用できるアクティビティが異なることがわかりました。
これはOrchestratorの有無が原因なのでしょうか？
Orchestratorにしか存在しないアクティビティはあるのでしょうか？
その場合、Standaloneで実行しようとしたらエラーになってしまうのでしょうか？

If you are saying the standalone one is on-prem orchestrator or with no integration services module then yes those related activities woudl not be visible and you cannot use as well as integration connections would not be present
also ensure you select available under activities → Filter icon → Click Available
this will ensure all activities irrespective of the package being installed or not to be shown

いいえ。通常、使用できるアクティビティの違いは Orchestrator の有無ではなく、インストールされているパッケージやそのバージョンの違いが原因です。
ただし、キュー（Queue）やアセット（Asset）、ストレージバケット（Storage Bucket）など、Orchestrator のリソースを利用するアクティビティは存在します。
そのようなアクティビティを Standalone 環境で実行した場合、Orchestrator への接続や対象リソースが存在しないため、実行時にエラーになる可能性があります。
