Can't log in after installation

I cannot log in after installation.
I want to try it on my own, so I don’t have an administrator.
Please let me know if there are any necessary settings to connect.

Please refer to the content of the following topics from the top.

First of all,

Please enable User License Management under Automation Cloud administration - Settings - Advanced Settings if it is disabled.
Next, in Administration - Licenses, explicitly assign the Automation Developer license to the user concerned, and then try reconnecting from UiPath Studio again.

I think it would start with confirming that part.

I assigned the license, but it’s showing as without a license.
Is there a mistake?

I don’t think a license has been assigned. Can’t we configure it from the settings indicated by the red arrow in the figure below?
