I have modified the organization name several times and still encountered errors, so it should not be that the organization name is already in use.

If you’ve tried changing it, then it’s probably not because it’s already taken.
Alternatively, make sure there are no special characters or white spaces or anything out of the ordinary in the name? Because that wouldn’t work. You can only have numbers, hyphens and letters.
And lastly, have you tried logging in from in Incognito browser and registering the new Organization from there?
