UiPathのプロジェクト実行時に添付のようなエラーがでてしまい
先に進めません。
原因が分かる方、おりましたらご教示の程、よろしくお願いいたします。

Try restarting your machine and also are you trying to load a very old xaml in a new version?

他でも同様事象発生のTopic立っているのですが、いまだ未解決ですね。
次のアップデート待ちでしょうか．．．．

If you can please go to ‘event viewer from your start menu and try finding any errors that occur in applications logs while you open the xaml. I you can send a screenshot that moght help us understand as well

I have uninstalled the 2022.10.3 version and installed 2021 version (luckily I have .msi file with me) and this solved the issue for me and after few days version got updated to latest version automatically and I didn’t face any issue this time with 2022.10.3.

Please go to this location and delete license folder from here and then try C:\Users\AppData\Local\UiPath . Ans also delete the packages under this C:\Users\appdata\locals\roaming\Nuget

That should solve
