エクセル保存について質問です。

質問失礼します。
エクセルの保存方法で、エクセルファイル(参考画像はpdfですがエクセルファイルと置き換えてください)からA列_D列_G列を取得して組み合わせでファイル名を作成したいです。（エクセルファイルにはアンダーバーないのですが、アンダーバー入れてたい）
ループ処理で一行につき1ファイルとして保存がしたいです。
よろしくお願いいたします。
