複数のデータスクレイピングと書き出したデータへの追記

StudioXでWeb上にあるデータをデータスクレイピング機能でエクセルのSheet1とSheet2にそれぞれ保存しました。ここまではよかったのですが、、、その先の作業に進めずに困っております。お知恵をお貸しください。。。

やりたいことは取ってきた同質のテーブル複数(個別シートに保存）を最終的にサマリーのシートでピボットのような形でまとめることです。
例えば、Sheet1にはAというプロダクトが売れた県名、Sheet2にはプロダクトBが売れた県名が入っていて以下のようになっているとします。

Sheet1 Sheet2
東京 京都
埼玉 愛媛
新潟 静岡
埼玉

ピボットにすることを考えると以下のようにスクレイピングでとったデータを以下のようにしたいです。

Sheet1 Sheet2
東京 A 京都 B
埼玉 A 愛媛 B
新潟 A 静岡 B
埼玉 B

現在のフローでは
①スクレイピングでとってきたデータは一度クリップボードに保存
②シートの挿入でSheet1には製品名であるAという名前を付けさせる
③シートAにクリップボードの中身を保存
その後、その表の中にさらに商品名を上のように追記するというようなプログラムを作ろうとしています。

本当はピボットにすることを考えると、一つのシートで以下のようになるのか理想なのですが、
知識が足らずできていない状況です。
（別シートでも情報ができれば、あとはエクセルに直接マクロを組んで集計してもいいかとおもっていたもので、、、）

Sheet1
東京 A
埼玉 A
新潟 A
京都 B
愛媛 B
静岡 B
埼玉 B

すっきりしたフローで目的のピボットまでたどり着くにはどのようにしたらよいでしょうか。
主旨がわからない箇所があれば教えていただけると幸いです。
