「その依存関係の 1 つが読み込めませんでした。」のエラー

Studioでロボファイルを実行してみたら、下記のエラーが出ました。
対処方法をご存知の方がご存知の方いらっしゃいましたら、ご教授お願い致します。

■エラー直前のStep
①Excel アプリケーション スコープでEXCELファイルを開く
②EXCELウィンドウにアタッチする

■エラー現象
①EXCELファイルが表示されていない
②EXCELウィンドウにアタッチした際、下記のエラーが発生しました：

ファイルまたはアセンブリ ‘UiPath.Interop, Version=0.3.24.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=461894da7f0ba157’、
またはその依存関係の 1 つが読み込めませんでした。指定されたファイルが見つかりません。

■使用環境
・WinServer2016
・Studio2020.10.2 Enterprise版

■発生経緯（UiPath.Excel.Activitiesに関して）
①2.9.5で開発しました
②実行環境に①のロボをコピーしました
③実行環境は2.9.3しか持っていないため、他のマシンから2.9.5をダウンロードしてコピーしてきました
※実行環境について規制でインタネットに繋げないです
④パッケージ管理でローカルタブで確認したら、2.9.3までしか表示できないため、依存関係を2.9.3に更新しました。

この場合、どう対応したらよいでしょうか？
