プロジェクトを開く方法

UiPath Studio 2025.0.167STS Community editionのユーザーです。

有識者の方にお伺いします。
経験上、プロジェクトを開くには、「project.json」をダブルクリックしても、Main.xamlをダブルクリックしても、開くことができることは知っていますが、このような場合には、「project.json」をダブルクリックした方が良いなどの使い分けをした方が良いケースはありますか？
