Token Error During Action Center Installation

Resolution for token error during Action Center installation.

Issue Description: While trying to start the installation of Action Center, after inserting the token which was created and taken from External Applications and clicking "Next", an error is thrown

  • The value specified for field 'Identity installation token' is not in a correct format.
  • The audience component of the JWT token is incorrect.
  • The supplied Identity JWT has a different issuer than the Identity URL provided.
  • The supplied Identity JWT token has expired.


Root Cause: Incorrect installation key is used.

Resolution:

  1. Log into the Host tenant
  2. Go to Identity Management
  3. Access the Users tab
  4. Access the "Authentication settings" tab and copy the Installation key.
  5. Retry the installation with this key.
