Resolution for token error during Action Center installation.
Issue Description: While trying to start the installation of Action Center, after inserting the token which was created and taken from External Applications and clicking "Next", an error is thrown
- The value specified for field 'Identity installation token' is not in a correct format.
- The audience component of the JWT token is incorrect.
- The supplied Identity JWT has a different issuer than the Identity URL provided.
- The supplied Identity JWT token has expired.
Root Cause: Incorrect installation key is used.
Resolution:
- Log into the Host tenant
- Go to Identity Management
- Access the Users tab
- Access the "Authentication settings" tab and copy the Installation key.
- Retry the installation with this key.
