@saq1022
Welcome to the community
mostly tenant upload is disabled..check in the orchestrator → tenant → settings → allow tenant upload
also make sure you have required roles orch → tenant → maange access → edit user → assign roles
cheers

Hello @saq1022
Remember to select the correct option within Orchestrator (Libraries vs. Packages ).
Perhaps this could be what is causing the error.

Soren
Hi @saq1022
Please follow below KB and verify the roles and enable tenant settings.
How to proceed when publish of library project to Orchestrator failed and package cannot be published to the shared feed?
Troubleshooting Steps: The below procedure can be performed and verified
Check if the Robot/ Studio is connected to the Orchestrator and make sure the Robot is assigned to any environment in the OrchestratorCreate a new sample library and check if the same error is receivedCheck if permissions for libraries in Orchestrator are provided. Navigate to tenant -> Manage Access -> …
Typically, the Library upload feature is disabled on the UiPath Tenant for uploading external Libraries. To activate it,
Navigate to Tenant > Settings > Deployment > Choose “Both host and tenant feeds” in the libraries section > Select Internal > Copy the API key from the Packages Section and paste it into the Libraries section and Save it
Then the Library upload section will be enabled on your tenant.
Hi @saq1022 ,
Welcome to the community.
Following up with previous comments,
Make sure you are under this tab to check whether the upload button is available.
Packages → Libraries → Tenant

thanks for your help. but on my side, this is shown as this…
i do not know how to fill in the deployment url and api key.
do you know how to do next step?
Hi @saq1022
It’s asking for deployment url because you have selected external.
Kindly select “Internal” and then save.
You should be good.

as you can see, queues or other things is shown in studio. how to make it?
@saq1022
Sorry, I didn’t get you.
What do you mean by all things? Are you looking to see your project workflows and library and dependencies being used in project?
If yes, you can see all those by clicking on project link in left pane right next to Activities pane.
Select Internal &
Copy the API key from the Packages Section and paste it into the Libraries section and Save it
