To invoke macro from another excel

Hi All,

Kindly let me know how to call/run a macro from another excel. I need to perform a series of data manipulation in excel. Let me know whether macro is best to achieve this. If so how can we open the target excel and call/run the macro we created. As this will have Vlookup, how can we refer another excel involved in vlookup.
